Scripps Ranch Bus Committee: 2024

On 2/22/2024, concerns were raised by parents and MMS Principal Olds regarding overcrowding on the Dingman I Bus. This issue has prevented some students, who are designated riders of Dingman I, from boarding.

Only students assigned to Dingman I will be permitted on the Dingman I Bus. To ensure compliance, students will be required to have their bus passes for Dingman I. We urge parents to ensure their children carry their bus passes daily.

EBS Afternoon Bus Stop Relocation

On 2/15/2024, we were informed by the District of a modification to the EBS afternoon bus stop. The bus stop is now located on Blue Cypress Dr. at the intersection of Cypress Canyon Rd. and Blue Cypress Dr., opposite St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church.

We have requested advanced notice from the District for any future changes to any bus stops or routes to better communicate with our families.

The SRBC also raised concerns with the District regarding the safety and congestion of the new stop. The District is currently revisiting its decision. Families will be updated once the SRBC receives the District's final decision.

We appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation as we work to resolve these matters.
