All students MUST show the bus drivers some form of ID (school ID, composition book with name written in it, etc.). Please make sure your children understand they are expected to show some type of ID when the driver requests it. The driver is responsible to identify all passengers on his/her bus; driver can deny transportation to any person not willing to identify him/herself.
The school will be conducting an audit and order Z-passes for students who need them.
Drivers will not deny transportation to students. However, drivers will advise you child as follows: “You are not on the manifest; you need to go to your assigned stop. You will not receive transportation tomorrow if you try to board the bus at this stop.”
