Call to order – T. Philips called the meeting to order at 6:45pm.
Modifications to the Agenda – None
Approval of Minutes: The minutes from January 22, 2019 were approved 5-0-2 without modification. Motioned by M. Fetherling and seconded by W. Konold.
The minutes from February 26, 2019 were approved 7-0-0 without modification. Motioned by D. Fetherling and seconded by C. Walbridge.
Action Items:
SRBC Bylaws Clean Up/Consolidation – The By Laws were reviewed section by section with any amendments being full disused with all present.
Changes to By Laws proposed by C. Walbridge, Seconded by D. Fetherling and approved unanimously 7-0-0.
